1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the Commvio digital ecosystem and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
These terms establish a legal agreement between you (the client or user) and the Commvio operating entities.
2. Legal Entities & Parties
Referred to commonly as "Commvio," our services are delivered and managed through an integrated consortium of strategic and operational partners:
The Commvio Network
- MNTP STUDIO SRL Moldova - Central operational and contracting entity presiding over Eastern Europe.
- GDSN (Global Digital Solutions Network) - Principal license holder for technological infrastructure, web applications, and system integrations.
- Ahead Advertising - Appointed execution partner handling media acquisitions, ad placements, and communication scaling.
- AASCO - Strategic advisory entity presiding over consulting frameworks and enterprise audits.
3. Scope of Services
Commvio delivers premium digital growth systems, incorporating brand presence strategy, bespoke web infrastructure, growth marketing architectures, and data analysis. We reserve the full right to amend, throttle, or suspend infrastructural services without prior warning to preserve global ecosystem stability.
4. User Obligations
When interacting with the Commvio platform, you explicitly agree NOT to:
- Utilize the services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or maliciously deceptive purpose.
- Upload catastrophic code, malware, or anything attempting a denial-of-service against Commvio assets.
- Employ automated crawling frameworks (bots, scrapers) in a manner that artificially depletes system performance.
5. Intellectual Property
The visual framework, digital assets, structural logic, and interface source code comprising the Commvio presence belong exclusively to GDSN and partnered Commvio entities. Unauthorized replication, framing, or distribution of these assets is prohibited and actively protected.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the absolute extent permissible by law, Commvio (and MNTP STUDIO SRL, GDSN, Ahead Advertising, AASCO) shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or operational downtime of our solutions.
We provide our architectural solutions "AS IS" and without express guarantees regarding subsequent financial windfalls or guaranteed market supremacy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova and the commercial frameworks of standard European jurisdictions, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to exclusive regional arbitration or qualified court settlement.
